On 14 July 2022, the National Assembly adopted the Act on the Forms of Alternative Investment Funds (ZOAIS), which was published in the Official Journal of the Republic of Slovenia on 26 July 2022. It will enter into force 15 days after its publication, i.e. on 10 August 2022.
