On 22 November 2024, the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia adopted an amendment to the Companies Act, which was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia on 3 December 2024 (“ZGD-1M Amendment”) and entered into force on 18 December 2024.
